Our practice

We have been located in the same premises in Ruoholahti, Helsinki for over 20 years.

Our Chiropractors all have a university degree from England, and many post-graduate courses under their belt with 25 years experience each.

We are registered with Valvira, the Finnish agency for the licensing of social welfare and healthcare professionals and protected occupational titles.

At the present time our practice is running with only one chiropractor and one patient at a time to help keep the risk of exposure to coronavirus to a minimum.

We ask that all patients wash their hands on entering the clinic. We disinfect the treatment tables after every treatment to keep you and the chiropractor as safe as possible.

We offer a range of treatments to compliment our traditional research-based chiropractic treatment:

-- Dry needling- a type of acupuncture, where we use needles in the trigger points (muscles) to help relax the muscle spasm and decrease inflammation, speeding up your recovery

-- Orthotic therapy- we have an excellent choice of over-the-counter and prescriptive orthotics , depending on your needs (see orthotic section).

-- Up-to-date and research-based rehabilitative exercises

-- Dynamic Neuro Stabilisation assessment and rehabilitative exercises to restore and stabilize locomotor function. This is often the missing link for those with chronic musculoskeletal pain.
